We are TAG Company one of the largest and most reputable companies in Egypt and the Gulf Arab region, specializing in high-end mechanical system and services like HVAC Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing, HVAC System Validation, Medical Gas Qualification, Indoor Air Quality Testing, BMS Validation, Thermal Mapping, Calibration, Firefighting System Testing and Duct Cleaning.

Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Mechanical Site Engineer
to support the execution and supervision of HVAC systems on-site, ensuring installation quality, technical compliance, and smooth project delivery under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and monitor HVAC installation works at project sites.
  • Assist in coordinating between design and execution teams.
  • Ensure site work quality and compliance with project specifications.
  • Learn and apply HVAC testing, commissioning, and balancing techniques.
  • Support project documentation and reporting activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Mechanical Engineering

  • 0–1 year of experience (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong interest in the HVAC field and site execution work.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
