Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Specialist located in Heliopolis. The Export Specialist will be responsible for handling export documentation, ensuring smooth export processes, and providing customer service. Daily tasks include preparing export documents, coordinating with clients and partners, and managing import-export activities.

Qualifications

  • Export Documentation and Export skills
  • Good understanding and knowledge of import & Export procedures and Customs regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, freight forwarders, and Customs officials.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and import permits.
  • Experience of 2-3 years in logistics or freight forwarding is preferable .
  • Good command of English language, written and spoken.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certifications or a degree in logistics or related field is a plus
  • Cairo residents only
