Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning and organizing transportation routes.
  • Coordinating the movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
  • Managing and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitoring inventory levels.
  • Ensuring adequate stock availability.
  • Handling all necessary shipping documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with import/export regulations and customs procedures.
  • Negotiating with carriers and logistics providers.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Analyzing data to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Implementing process improvements.
  • Communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
  • Providing regular updates on shipment status.
  • Generating reports on logistics performance.
  • Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during the shipping process, such as delays, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Dealing with international shipments and understanding global trade regulations.
  • Managing the flow of goods across various borders and time zones.
  • Working with diverse suppliers and customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong Background in Shipping operations - Managing relationships with foreign suppliers - Customs procedures is a must.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
