SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Jotun Egypt is looking for an energetic Product Specialist. In this position you will handle physical market research, work closely with customers, and support in pricing, positioning, and sales channels for our medium-segment products.

This role will report to the Decorative Segment Product Manager and will be based in our head office in New Cairo

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the segment.

  • Spend time on the ground—engaging with customers, partners, and sales teams to understand real needs.

  • Lead decisions on pricing, packaging, and positioning to ensure competitiveness and strong value.

  • Work with sales, marketing, and channel teams to define the optimal go-to-market approach.

  • Monitor product performance and use data and market feedback to drive continuous improvements.

  • Support sales with product knowledge and clear value messaging when needed.

Qualifications We Look For:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience with physical market research activities.

  • Good knowledge in product management and development is preferable.
