We're Hiring: Marketing Specialist

Location: Sheikh Zayed (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

We are a fast-growing natural beauty and lifestyle brand looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Specialist to support our campaigns, content, e-commerce, and brand collaborations across B2C and B2B channels.

This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their marketing career who is highly organized, visually driven, and excited to learn and grow across campaigns, content, influencers, retail, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of seasonal and product launch marketing campaigns.

Assist in creating offers, bundles, and promotional concepts based on inventory and business priorities.

Support social media content management: planning, captions, scheduling, and short-form video creation (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

Assist in coordinating photoshoots, video production, and campaign visuals to ensure brand consistency.

Support media buying by coordinating assets and helping review basic performance insights.

Assist with influencer collaborations, gifting, and campaign execution.

Support the setup of retail displays and seasonal in-store branding.

Assist in managing Shopify: product uploads, updates, homepage visuals, and promotions.

Support coordination with B2B partners on co-branding, campaigns, and content shoots.

Support operational needs related to campaigns, events, product gifting, and activations.

Support coordination with finance for payments related to marketing activities and collaborations.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation (internships are welcome).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.

Strong interest in branding, social media, and digital marketing with attention to detail and aesthetics.

Basic hands-on experience with social media platforms, content creation, and simple graphic/video editing tools.

Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Good communication skills in English.

Highly organized, proactive, flexible, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
