Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an IT License Analyst for one of our partners, a global leader in the food and services industry.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly self-motivated, results driven professional that can effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver maximum value through effective contract management. As IT License analyst, you will be responsible for operational activities of all DTPS licenses ( purchasing process, invoicing/SES, maintaining license catalog, reporting, organizing monthly and quarterly internal meetings with finance  DTPS platforms ) and ensure 100% compliance with our internal SLAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain DTPS license catalog as single source of truth for all software assets (currently manual and in future using ServiceNOW Software Asset Management system)
  • Support IT License manager in preparing reports of license catalog, license utilization & license agreement status in partnership with DTPS VMO contracts management team
  • Engage with suppliers, BSO( shared services) and DTPS teams for license procurement process (raising PRs, SES/invoicing support)
  • Support in annual internal/external audit process
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance; administration or IT
  • Min 3+years' experience managing software/licenses
  • Effective communication skills to interact with DTPS stakeholders & external suppliers
  • Good level of knowledge in using Excel
  • Basic knowledge in SAP (for PR creation) & license management systems(preferred)
  • Experience working in a large enterprise environment is preferred

Note:

Contract Duration: This is a 6-month contract opportunity with a strong possibility of extension based on performance. Exceptional performance may also lead to a direct conversion to a permanent role with our client.
