Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Support Engineer at MRC's Cairo, Egypt location. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting with system administration tasks. Additional responsibilities include help desk support and ensuring the smooth operation of information technology systems.

Qualifications

  • Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
  • Experience in Information Technology and System Administration
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a collaborative team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
