Role Overview
Our Data Production Team is a team that assembles databases. Our Data Production Analysts are experts in building, validating, and analyzing tendencies while taking in account all the stakeholders' needs. They also collaborate with local markets. We're currently looking for a Senior Manager to oversee our Data Production Team.
Role Description
As a Senior Manager, Data Production, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team to deliver exceptional data solutions. You will oversee complex data projects, drive critical initiatives, and build strong relationships with key partners.
Role Requirements & Capabilities
Key outcomes
- Strategic Leadership: Lead and inspire the data production team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Data Quality and Accuracy: Ensure the highest standards of data quality and accuracy through rigorous processes and controls.
- Complex Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover valuable insights and inform strategic decisions.
- Advanced Reporting: Develop and deliver sophisticated reports and dashboards to meet the evolving needs of partners.
- Process Improvement and Innovation: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency and drive major innovations and process reengineering.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key partners, lead complex communications, negotiations and outcomes.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Key Capabilities
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, Python , R, PowerBI and PowerPivot
- Consistent Knowledge in ETL Processes
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Mathemathics/Statistical educational background is a plus
- Critical Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
- Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key partners.
- Decision-Making Skills: Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Change Management: Ability to lead and manage organizational change.

- Roughly 5 years of experience in data management, analysis, and reporting
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams
