Job Purpose

As the Product Manager for the Monitoring squad, your job is to give mobile teams full visibility into their app's health across releases, sessions, and features. You'll own a wide surface area - from app health and release monitoring to feature flags, custom dashboards, and screen-level insights - and help developers understand what's happening in their apps so they can act fast.

Job Responsibilities

  • Own product strategy and roadmap across app health, release monitoring, feature flags, sessions, screen health, and custom dashboards.
  • Get close to customers. Understand how developers and mobile teams actually work, and what visibility they need.
  • Lead product development end-to-end - from discovery through delivery - with a high-caliber engineering team.
  • Partner deeply with design and engineering to ship usable, reliable, and performant monitoring experiences.
  • Navigate cross-squad dependencies effectively. Monitoring touches many parts of the product - you'll need to align with other squads, manage shared timelines, and keep things moving without blocking or being blocked.
  • Use data to prioritize, focusing on what drives real outcomes for users.
  • Work with GTM, support, and onboarding teams to drive adoption and help customers succeed.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of product management experience, ideally in a high-tech or cross-functional environment.
  • A technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or similar) with a strong understanding of how products are built.
  • You get developers - you understand their workflows, tools, and what frustrates them.
  • Data-fluent - you know how to find insights, define metrics, and use data to make decisions.
  • Someone with high agency - you take initiative, solve problems proactively, and don't wait to be told what to do.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments - you bring clarity, create alignment, and keep things moving.
  • Strong at stakeholder and dependency management - you can coordinate across teams, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and drive alignment when priorities compete.
  • A fast learner who can ramp quickly on new domains and technical complexity.
  • A true collaborator - you work seamlessly with engineers, designers, and go-to-market teams.

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience with developer tools, monitoring, observability, or APM platforms.
  • Have worked on data-heavy or dashboard/visualization products.
  • Have launched features used by enterprise teams, and iterated on them based on real usage.
