Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Vision:

Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market demands.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and potential threats.

Translate business objectives into product-specific goals and actionable initiatives.

Product Roadmap Development:

Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones and deliverables.

Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, business impact, and resource availability.

Ensure the roadmap is adaptable to changing business needs and market conditions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to execute the product roadmap efficiently.

Ensure clear communication and collaboration between departments to minimize bottlenecks and maximize efficiency.

Facilitate cross-departmental meetings and decision-making processes to keep teams aligned on product goals.

Customer-Centric Product Development:

Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and analytics to inform product decisions.

Advocate for the customer's needs, ensuring that every product iteration delivers value and meets user expectations.

Define and validate user personas to drive feature development and UX/UI improvements.

KPI & Performance Management:

Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success, including user adoption, customer satisfaction, and business revenue impact.

Qualifications:

  • Product Management, Product Development, and Product Strategy skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Previous experience in CRM software is a plus
  • Market Research and Analysis skills
  • Product Management and Agile methodologies knowledge
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
