Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic ,dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the lifecycle of our dermatology products from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs .

Keys Responsibilities:

Product Strategy :

Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies in line with Oxygen Dermatology Vision and goals .

Market Analysis :

Conduct market research to identify trends ,customer needs and competitive insights to drive product development and innovation .

Product Development :

Collaborate with cross functional team to create , test and launch new products .

Product Lifecycle Management :

Oversee the product lifecycle, from Ideation to retirement, ensuring continuous improvement and market relevance .

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Work closely with internal teams, suppliers and partners to ensure timely product delivery and quality standards.

Performance Tracking :

Monitor product performance metrics, gather feedback and implement data driven improvements.

supervise marketing campaigns and messages internally and externally to monitor production and execution through strategic platforms.

Training company representatives at specific points on the product's environmental presentation style and ensuring they appear in a manner consistent with strategic activities.

They are following up on events and exhibitions to ensure their implementation by the relevant parties according to development plans.

Qualifications :

BSc of Pharmacy or equivalent Medical degree.

Marketing study ( MBA or equivalent degree)

Proven experience(2+years ) in the same position, preferably in the dermatology industry.

Strong understanding of dermatology products and market trends.

Exceptional project management and organizational skills .

Excellent Communication, presentation & negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with a knack for problem solving .

Results oriented.

Location : Cairo .
