Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Contact Center Supervisor. The Contact Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the customer service team, monitor call center performance, ensure team targets are met, and provide coaching and support to team members. Responsibilities include preparing reports, optimizing processes for efficiency, maintaining customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team leadership, performance management, and process improvement
- Advanced communication, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills
- Experience with contact center operations, metrics tracking, and reporting
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and foster a collaborative team culture
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the aesthetic medicine or healthcare industry is an advantage
