We are seeking a skilled Technical Landscape Architect to join our Cairo office. The role focuses on the technical delivery of landscape projects, ensuring design concepts are accurately translated into detailed documentation and executed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in construction detailing, material specifications, and coordination, with a deep understanding of regional codes, climate-responsive design, and best practices in landscape architecture.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop comprehensive technical drawings, including masterplans, planting plans, grading, hardscape details, and construction packages.


• Translate conceptual designs into fully detailed, buildable documents aligned with design intent and project requirements.


• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, international standards, and sustainability guidelines.


• Coordinate closely with architects and structural, MEP, and irrigation engineers to integrate technical requirements seamlessly.


• Review and provide feedback on shop drawings, materials, mock-ups, and contractor submittals.


• Support site teams during implementation by resolving technical queries and ensuring adherence to design quality.


• Research and recommend suitable plants, finishes, and materials for different project contexts and climates.


• Uphold office standards of quality, precision, and consistency across all technical deliverables.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.


• 4–6 years of technical experience in landscape design and documentation.


• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, SketchUp.


• Solid understanding of hardscape detailing, grading, planting design, and irrigation coordination.


• Familiarity with GCC/UAE codes, construction practices, and regional plant species is highly preferred.


• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple deliverables.


• Effective communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills with multidisciplinary teams.
