DSC is a multidisciplinary design & consultancy firm specializing in architecture, urban planning, and landscape design. We deliver creative and sustainable outdoor environments that reflect innovation and quality.

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Landscape Team Leader to head our landscape architecture team. The right candidate will manage projects from concept through completion — ensuring design excellence, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and mentor a team of landscape architects and junior designers.


• Oversee all phases of landscape projects: conceptual design → detailed drawings → implementation and delivery.


• Review and approve design deliverables to ensure alignment with client vision and quality standards.


• Coordinate with architecture, structure, MEP, and interior design teams for integrated delivery.


• Specify landscape materials, plants, irrigation systems, hardscape/softscape details suitable for project context.


• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.


• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Qualifications:

7–10 years of proven experience in landscape architecture / landscape design projects (residential, commercial, or urban)

Educational background in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or relevant design/engineering discipline — applicants with Agriculture degrees are not eligible

Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Photoshop (or other relevant landscape/architectural design tools)

Strong understanding of hardscape & softscape design, material selection, irrigation systems, and landscape detailing

Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high quality
