Key Responsibilities

Academic & Administrative Support

  • Manage academic and administrative tasks assigned by the Head of School.
  • Organize and coordinate School and Subject Committee meetings.
  • Prepare agendas, circulate documents, and record minutes.
  • Follow up on meeting actions and communicate required steps to staff.
  • Maintain records related to faculty, resources, and equipment.
  • Assist in exam scheduling, invigilation preparation, and exam board documentation.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and archiving of student records.
  • Upload marksheets, verify SAB/PAB sheets, and coordinate with external examiners.
  • Handle exam board administrative workflows.

Student Support

  • Provide initial guidance to students regarding classes, registration, and procedures.
  • Handle and resolve student complaints following established guidelines.
  • Support student events in coordination with Career Services.
  • Maintain attendance records and follow up on student submissions.

Job Requirements

Technical Competencies

  • Very good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • High analytical skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle complaints professionally.
