Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely solutions.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve client objectives and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support tailored to each client s needs.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for clients and management.
  • Identify up selling and cross-selling opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts.
  • Facilitate contract renewals, negotiations, and ensure compliance with agreed terms.
  • Organize and lead regular client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to service enhancements.

Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, open-office environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field.

Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
