Overview

We are looking for a highly hands-on Software Quality Lead to own and elevate quality across an enterprise-scale SaaS platform. We need someone with a strong engineering background, deep experience in enterprise software quality, and real passion for automation, AI, and modern quality practices.

You will build, mentor, and work closely with a solid quality team, while partnering deeply with Engineering, Product, and Operations to ensure quality is embedded across the entire development lifecycle — not just tested at the end.

Requirements

  • Strong software engineering background with solid system design understanding
  • Proven experience in a Quality Lead or Quality Engineering Lead role
  • Deep hands-on experience in backend, frontend, and API test automation
  • Strong experience integrating quality processes into CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with performance, load, and reliability testing for large-scale systems
  • Hands-on exposure to or strong passion for AI-driven testing and quality automation
  • Experience working on enterprise SaaS or large-scale software platforms
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, production-quality test code
  • Strong understanding of modern architectures including microservices and cloud
  • Experience leading and mentoring senior quality engineers

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end quality strategy for an enterprise-scale SaaS platform
  • Act as the quality owner for releases, risk assessment, and production readiness
  • Lead and work hands-on with test automation across backend, frontend, APIs, and integrations
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks integrated into CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure high automation coverage with minimal reliance on manual testing
  • Drive adoption of AI-driven quality practices across testing and automation workflows
  • Continuously improve quality efficiency using data, metrics, and intelligent automation
  • Define and enforce enterprise-level quality standards across engineering teams
  • Own performance, load, stress, and reliability testing initiatives
  • Embed quality early in requirements, design, and architecture discussions
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing quality engineering team
  • Review test code with the same rigor as production engineering code
