Multinational company is currently #hiring an Entry-level #QualityEngineer.

Responsible for ensuring wiring systems and wire harness products meet customer and industry quality standards. Supports production, problem solving, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain quality plans, control plans, and PFMEAs.


• Support APQP/PPAP and customer launch requirements.


• Monitor production processes (crimping, soldering, assembly, testing) and perform audits.


• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions (8D, 5 Whys).


• Manage customer complaints and supplier quality issues.


• Oversee electrical/mechanical testing (continuity, pull-force, hipot).


• Drive defect reduction, process capability, and lean improvements.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial preferred).


• 1-2 years quality experience in wiring systems, harness, or electronics manufacturing.


• Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620, IATF 16949/ISO 9001, and quality tools (SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP).


• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
