About the Role:

Jeunesse Egypt is looking for a
performance-driven Media Buyer
who is passionate about digital advertising and e-commerce growth.

You'll manage paid campaigns across
Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat
, focusing on GCC markets (KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar) — with the goal of
driving online sales and maximizing ROAS
for our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
  • Manage daily budgets, monitor performance, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and creative experimentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Track and report key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) with clear insights and action points.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and ad policies in the Gulf region.

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of hands-on experience in paid media buying for
    e-commerce
    .
  • Proven success managing campaigns in
    GCC markets
    , especially
    KSA
    and
    UAE
    .
  • Strong expertise in
    Meta Ads Manager
    ,
    Google Ads
    , and
    GA4
    .
  • Experience with
    Shopify
    ,
    WooCommerce
    , or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business results.
  • Creative thinker with a strong understanding of audience behavior.
  • Excellent command of
    English and Arabic
    (understanding Gulf dialects is a plus).

Nice to Have:

  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience running ads on
    TikTok
    and
    Snapchat
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Looker Studio (Data Studio)
    and advanced reporting tools.
  • Background in a
    performance marketing agency
    .
