Job Description: Senior Media Buyer

Location: Dokki

Department: Marketing / Performance Marketing

Working hours & days: From 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday

Report to: Head of Marketing / Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly strategic and data-driven Senior Media Buyer to lead our performance marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our paid social and digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of media buying, a proven track record of optimizing campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs), and the ability to drive significant return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Management:
  • Develop, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Video).
  • Design and implement advertising strategies tailored to the specific nature and objectives of each campaign.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization:
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
  • Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve and exceed targets for key metrics such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPL (Cost Per Lead), and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure all advertising materials are aligned with campaign goals and optimized for performance.
  • Collaborate with other marketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive customer journey.
  • Budget Management:
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation and maximum ROI across all channels.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Media Buying.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in setting up and managing paid campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Technical Skills:
  • High proficiency in using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with other advertising and analytics tools is a plus.
  • Core Competencies:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into effective strategies.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on driving measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience and a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Ads certifications) are a significant advantage.
