Job Overview

As a Senior Media Buyer, you'll lead and optimize our paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms — driving engagement, improving performance, and ensuring brand consistency.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine campaign strategies.

Develop and implement A/B testing to enhance performance.

Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, ROI) to measure success.

Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling and effective campaigns.

Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

5–6 years of experience in performance marketing or a related field.

Proven track record of developing and managing high-performing campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and metrics.

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms (Gulf region experience is a plus).

Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.

Familiarity with GA4, GTM, and social media pixels.

Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
