Position Details:

Job Title: #Design_Project_Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Riyadh – KSA and Cairo Branch -Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the overall design process, from concept development through detailed design and delivery.

Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective outcomes.

Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and external consultants.

Act as the primary point of contact with clients, stakeholders, and authorities, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring compliance with the Saudi Building Code and international standards.

Anticipate risks, resolve conflicts, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Ensure quality assurance by integrating design management best practices and company procedures.

Support business development teams by providing technical input for proposals and project bids when required.

Foster innovation, sustainability, and value engineering in all design stages.

Mentor and develop junior team members to strengthen project delivery capabilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture, Civil, or related discipline).

Experience: 8–10 years in consulting engineering, with proven leadership in design management for KSA projects.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera ,and project management software, with strong Microsoft Office skills.

Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and multidisciplinary design processes.

Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
