We are looking for an experienced
Sales Representative
to join our growing team. The role focuses on developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within the
real estate and construction sectors
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and customer objectives.
  • Develop technical and financial offers and negotiate contract terms.
  • Manage individual sales plans and maintain an active sales funnel.
  • Expand the sales territory through cold calling and deep knowledge of local market dynamics and competitors.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose suitable company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfactory resolution.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and cost efficiency.
  • Develop negotiation strategies with minimal supervision.
  • Monitor and follow up on account collections.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum
    5 years of experience
    in sales.
  • Proven background in
    real estate and construction
    (mandatory).
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • High ethical standards with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer care skills.
