We're looking for a results-oriented
Marketing Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing projects within timelines, managing cross-functional teams, and driving both digital and offline marketing initiatives. You'll play a key role in developing strategic partnerships and ensuring our marketing efforts meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor digital and offline marketing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Deliver high-quality projects on time while managing multiple priorities.
  • Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to expand reach.
  • Drive lead generation and deliver marketing targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Support in event planning, on-ground activations, and community engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in marketing (digital + offline).
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in partnership building and event marketing is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
