  • Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Site Engineer (3–5 years of experience) to join our technical team working across heavy industries such as steel, cement, sugar, and fertilizers.

The ideal candidate must be from Alexandria, responsible, reliable, and capable of working under pressure, with full flexibility to travel to any site across Egypt.

  • Qualifications

Supervise and execute mechanical installation, maintenance, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities at project sites.

Review mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications to ensure proper implementation.

Coordinate daily site activities and manage technicians and subcontractors.

Conduct inspections, ensure quality standards, and prepare technical reports.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures on all job sites.

Communicate effectively with the project manager and client representatives.

Provide technical support during shutdowns, overhauls, and equipment testing.

Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.

- Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

3 to 5 years of experience in heavy industries (steel, cement, sugar, fertilizers, or similar).

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, industrial equipment, pumps, valves, piping, and rotating machinery.

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong leadership skills and ability to handle responsibility independently.

Must be based in Alexandria.

No travel restrictions — willing to travel to any governorate inside Egypt.

Good communication and reporting skills.
