Advanced Construction Company (ACC) is seeking a motivated and technically capable ๐—๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐— ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐—น ๐—˜๐—ป๐—ด๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ to join our growing engineering team in Alexandria. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer ๐˜„๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐Ÿญโ€“๐Ÿฏ ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€ ๐—ผ๐—ณ ๐—ฒ๐˜…๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ to support the design and documentation of mechanical systems across a variety of construction projectsโ€”including commercial, residential, and infrastructure developments.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in mechanical engineering principles and strong hands-on ๐—ฒ๐˜…๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐˜„๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐—”๐˜‚๐˜๐—ผ๐—–๐—”๐——, with a willingness to learn and contribute to mechanical system design under supervision. You will work closely with senior engineers, gaining valuable on-the-job experience while assisting in the preparation of clear, accurate, and code-compliant engineering deliverables.

Assist in the design and drafting of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting) using AutoCAD under the supervision of senior engineers.

Prepare and revise technical drawings, equipment layouts, and system schematics in accordance with project standards.

Support senior engineers in basic calculations related to pipe sizing, duct layouts, and equipment selection.

Contribute to the preparation of engineering documentation, including material take-offs, equipment schedules, and as-built drawings.

Attend internal design review meetings and site coordination sessions as assigned.

Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and drawing archives.

Demonstrate a proactive attitude toward learning, asking questions, and improving technical and software skills.

Collaborate effectively within the mechanical team and support multidisciplinary coordination as needed.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).

1โ€“3 years of experience in mechanical engineering within the construction or MEP consulting sector.

Very good working knowledge of AutoCADโ€”practical experience in preparing mechanical drawings is required.

Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems in buildings.

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work well in a team environment.

Good communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Prior exposure to Revit or other design software is beneficial but not required.
