Cultiv Bureau is a tech house and digital transformation company building intelligent, high-impact solutions across healthcare, travel, and enterprise operations. Our software squads engineer scalable products that blend automation, AI, and human-centric design.

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer who can ensure that every product we build meets elite standards of performance, security, and reliability. This role is for a hands-on expert who combines technical depth, analytical precision, and automation mastery — someone who treats quality as a product in itself.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans for complex web, mobile, and API systems.

  • Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, or Postman, ensuring full regression and integration coverage.

  • Perform functional, performance, and security testing across multi-environment deployments.

  • Collaborate with developers, architects, and product managers to define acceptance criteria and ensure clean, testable code.

  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI).

  • Identify, diagnose, and document defects, ensuring fast resolution and prevention.

  • Conduct root cause analysis and proactively recommend improvements in testing, deployment, and release cycles.

  • Enforce QA standards, testing strategies, and best practices across the product lifecycle.

  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to the evolution of Bureau's QA ecosystem.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automation, preferably in SaaS or high-availability systems.

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and Agile practices.

  • Proven expertise with automation tools: Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Appium.

  • Deep experience testing RESTful APIs, using Postman, Newman, or similar.

  • Solid understanding of CI/CD workflows and Git-based environments.

  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python for writing advanced test scripts.

  • Strong analytical and debugging skills, with a passion for precision and scalability.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with performance and load testing (e.g., JMeter, k6, Locust).

  • Solid understanding of SQL and database validation.

  • Familiarity with , , or React stacks.

  • Exposure to security testing, penetration testing, or OWASP principles.

  • ISTQB Advanced Level or equivalent professional certification.
