Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR administrator to oversee all human resources functions
across our restaurant operations.

This role involves recruiting and onboarding restaurant staff, managing payroll and compliance, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

  • Develop hiring plans for managerial positions, front-of-house (waiters & cashiers, hosts), back-of-house (Line cooks, dishwashers), and support staff.
  • Write job descriptions, post job openings, and conduct interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and probationary evaluations.
  • Manage employment contracts and salary structures.

2. Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor laws and health & safety regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and work permits (if applicable).
  • Resolve workplace conflicts and implement fair disciplinary measures.
  • Create and enforce policies related to attendance, hygiene, and workplace conduct.

3. Payroll & Administration

  • Process salaries, overtime, and incentives.
  • Manage employee leaves, holidays, and scheduling.
  • Ensure proper documentation for tax and legal compliance.
  • Overseeing employee attendance and working schedules including breaks, overtime and paid time off.

4. Performance Management & Training

  • Implement training programs for customer service, food safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and set development plans.
  • Organize team-building activities and incentives to boost staff collaboration.

5. Workplace Policies & Culture

  • Develop policies that promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee grievances and well-being.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with ATS, payroll software, and resume databases
  • Experience in hospitality or a food and beverage industry
    IS A MUST
  • Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong English proficiency and computer literacy.
  • Experience
    :
    At least 4 years of proven HR experience in the Food & Beverage industry, specifically restaurants or hotels,
    IS A MUST.
