Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo for a Medical Advisor specializing in chat support. The Medical Advisor will provide timely and accurate medical information via chat, address specific inquiries, support healthcare-related education, and assist in the delivery of compliant information regarding market access. The role involves collaboration with internal teams to enhance healthcare-related resources and maintain high standards of client service.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and background in Medicine and Medical Affairs
  • Experience in Medical Education and the ability to effectively communicate complex medical information
  • Proficiency in conducting Research and interpreting data
  • Understanding of Market Access within the healthcare industry
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and adhere to quality and compliance standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field required
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and GDPR regulations is a plus
