About LeaRx:

  • LeaRx is a digital platform dedicated to supporting community pharmacists in the UAE through accredited learning, career development, and medical engagement. We are now expanding our medical engagement team and looking for a Digital Medical Advisor based in Egypt to work directly with pharmacists in the UAE.

Role Overview:

  • As a Digital Medical Advisor, you will be the professional voice of the platform in 1-to-1 digital calls with UAE pharmacists. You will master medical knowledge and deliver it clearly and professionally, build trust with pharmacists, and capture valuable insights to help shape future engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1-to-1 online sessions with pharmacists in the UAE, delivering scientific and medical knowledge.

  • Ensure sessions are interactive, professional, and tailored to the needs of UAE community pharmacists.

  • Quickly learn and master medical and scientific information.

  • Build rapport with pharmacists, encouraging long-term engagement with LeaRx.

  • Collect, organize, and report pharmacist feedback and market insights to the LeaRx team.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and improve pharmacist experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related healthcare field.

  • Strong scientific foundation and ability to absorb new therapeutic knowledge quickly.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.

  • Professional, empathetic, and able to connect with pharmacists across borders.

  • Previous experience in medical affairs, medical information, or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with the UAE pharmacy market is a plus.
