  • Collaborate with suppliers to build and update accurate forecast plans for each SKU.
  • Handle importation approvals, customs clearance, and regulatory documentation.
  • Review and coordinate shipping documents in line with company, bank, and customs requirements.
  • Follow up with clearing agents, sales teams, and vendors to ensure timely product availability.
  • Monitor stock, sales orders, and market needs to support business goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on stock, sales, and shipment status.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor s degree in pharmacy, Science, Veterinary, Medicine, or Dentistry.
  • 1 year of experience in importation is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent English communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
