  • We are looking for a
    hands-on HR professional
    who understands the nature of marketing and tech teams and can effectively manage people, performance, and policies

Key Responsibilities :

1 - Human Resources Management

  • Manage employee records, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Follow up on probation periods and employee evaluations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

2 - Attendance & Work Model Management

  • Manage attendance systems for
    Onsite, Remote, and Hybrid
    teams.
  • Track:
  • Attendance and working hours
  • Work From Home (WFH)
  • External tasks and field missions
  • Leaves, permissions, and delays
  • Prepare monthly HR and attendance reports.

3 - Performance Management & KPIs

  • Design, implement, and track
    KPIs
    for:
  • Marketing teams (Content, Performance, Media Buying, Account Management)
  • Software development teams
  • Conduct performance reviews (monthly / quarterly).
  • Link performance results to incentives, bonuses, and improvement plans.

4 - Recruitment & Hiring

  • Create clear and accurate job descriptions.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
  • Coordinate with department heads during the hiring process.

5 - Payroll & Benefits

  • Prepare payroll data in coordination with the finance team.
  • Calculate bonuses, deductions, and incentives.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience
    in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in a
    Marketing Agency or Software House
    is a
    must
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    performance management and KPIs
    .
  • Experience working with
    remote and hybrid teams
    .
  • High level of organization, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in:
  • Excel / Google Sheets
  • Basic HR tools or systems

Personal Skills

  • Practical, structured, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to balance business needs with employee engagement.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing and flexible environment.
