Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Dental Receptionist located in Heliopolis. The Dental Receptionist will be responsible for appointment scheduling, dental care assistance, maintaining phone etiquette, communication with patients, and typical receptionist duties.

  • Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties proficiency
  • Knowledge of Dental Care practices
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in customer service roles
  • Microsoft office proficiency
  • Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • bachelor's degree is a must

Working conditions

  • Night shifts: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm
  • Days off : 2 days
