Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Linguist located in Cairo, Egypt. The English Linguist will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and proofreading English content to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness. Other tasks include developing language guidelines, conducting linguistic research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in language usage and brand voice. The role may also involve managing translation and localization processes for a variety of content types to meet market expectations.

Job Description

  • Participate in the research and development of linguistic rules.
  • According to the project requirements, accurately label the data, such as text labeling, voice labeling, etc..
  • Responsible for organizing and saving relevant documents and records in the annotation process, such as annotation rule documents, annotation data samples, etc.
  • collect, organize, annotate language data for AI model training and optimization.
  • Learn to understand AI related business processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in language or linguistic is preferred
  • At least 6 months of experience in natural language data labelling .
  • Proficient in Arabic languages with good listening , speaking ,reading and writing skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork .
