Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Language Examiner based in Cairo. The primary responsibilities include assessing and evaluating English language proficiency through standardized testing methods, conducting interviews, and ensuring adherence to assessment guidelines. The examiner will provide constructive feedback, maintain detailed records, and contribute to the continuous improvement of evaluation processes. Collaboration with the academic team and upholding the institution's high standards of assessment are integral to the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in English language assessment, testing, and evaluation
  • Proficiency in conducting interviews and implementing standardized evaluation methods
  • Excellent communication, feedback delivery, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Experience in education, linguistics, or related fields is advantageous
  • A Bachelor's degree in English Language, Education, or related disciplines is required
  • Certification in TEFL, TESOL, or similar qualifications is a plus
  • Commitment to maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards in assessment processes
