Overview
The SMEs Relationship Manager will take charge of overseeing and expanding a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients. Your role will involve ensuring that all their financial requirements, such as deposits, transactions, trade finance, and borrowing, are adequately addressed, while fostering robust, long-lasting relationships that aid in the company's growth and success.

What You´ll Do

  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to address them effectively.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SME customers while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify key decision-makers within client organizations to strengthen relationships.
  • Resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with the relevant teams.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service, sales processes, and client engagement standards.
  • Actively approach and acquire potential clients to grow the portfolio.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

What Makes You a Good Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the banking sector, preferably in SME or business banking.
  • Proven experience in planning and implementing sales or relationship strategies.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
