Role Description:

  • Meet with clients to understand business needs, objectives, workflows, and pain points.
  • Translate client requirements into clear documentation including 
    BRDs (Business Requirements Documents)
    , 
    Functional Specifications
    , and 
    Process Flows
    .
  • Create detailed 
    user stories
    , acceptance criteria, and business cases for development teams.
  • Break down requirements into actionable tasks and input them into the company's 
    project management tool
     for designers and developers.
  • Collaborate closely with 
    project managers
     to ensure requirements are aligned with scope, timeline, and client expectations.
  • Facilitate requirement clarification sessions between clients, project managers, designers, and developers.
  • Assist in defining project scope, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Participate in UI/UX discussions to ensure user experience aligns with business needs.
  • Support QA teams by clarifying requirements and validating final deliverables against the original specifications.
  • Conduct market or competitor research when needed to help shape solution direction.
  • Ensure proper version control and updates of all client-related documentation.
  • Participate in client presentations, demos, and sign-off meetings during the project lifecycle.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience
     as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software house, tech company, or digital product environment.
  • Strong experience in preparing 
    BRDs
    , user stories, business cases, and process maps.
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (Scrum is a plus).
  • Ability to translate non-technical business needs into clear technical requirements.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, ).
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with UX principles and wireframing tools is a plus (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq).
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (PMs, designers, developers, QA).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
