About the job

As part of Capgemini Egypt's Learning & Development team, you will play a key role in supporting employee growth and organizational capability. This role focuses on managing learning systems, coordinating training activities, and ensuring smooth execution of development programs across the Global Delivery Center (GDC). You'll collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences that align with business goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Assign training programs aligned with employee roles, development plans, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure learning records are accurate and regularly updated
  • Prepare and manage learning analytics and reports for the Global Delivery Center (GDC)
  • Coordinate training logistics and support L&D operations in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in L&D support roles
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication abilities
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly the Learning module, is highly desirable
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and Microsoft Excel is an advantage
