Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring project deliverables are met efficiently. Responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, facilitating communication across teams, supporting senior management in decision-making processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery. This role will also involve monitoring team performance and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Management and leadership skills, with experience in team coordination and supervision
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
  • Familiarity with financial technologies, digital banking solutions, or similar industries is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic; additional languages spoken in the MENA region are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
