Role Overview:

The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the development and execution of The Smokery's marketing strategy across digital, social, and offline channels. This role involves coordinating campaigns, managing content production, analyzing performance, and ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and experienced in hospitality marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing the overall marketing strategy for The Smokery.
  • Support campaigns across digital, social, offline, and on-ground channels.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and internal teams on branding and content needs.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Assist in planning and implementing seasonal campaigns, launches, and events.
  • Monitor brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare monthly marketing reports.
  • Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and suppliers.
  • Oversee social media content planning and ensure alignment with brand direction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing in Hospitality or F&B.
  • Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and campaign planning.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and creativity.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required.
