∙Guide managers in setting KPIs, goals, and development plans for employees.

∙Identify high-potential employees and establish career development paths.

∙Build a healthy and productive work environment.

∙Develop and execute employee engagement and recognition programs.

Monitoring

∙Oversee employer branding initiatives.

∙Manage payroll interface with HR policies.

∙Identify training needs and create annual learning plans.

∙Ensure full compliance with labor laws, social insurance, and tax regulations.

∙Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)

Organizing

∙Manage workforce planning, headcount management, and succession planning.

∙Conduct salary benchmarking and job evaluation exercises.

∙Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.

∙Regularly update HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures.

Leading & controlling

∙Drive change management initiatives to support business transformation.

∙Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

∙Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.

∙Drive leadership development and succession programs.

∙Set objectives for the HR team and track progress.

∙Lead organizational change management efforts.

∙Lead and participate in HR and cross-functional projects.

Developing

∙Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies aligned with organizational

objectives.

∙Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems.

∙Develop competitive compensation structures and benefits plans.

∙Research, develop, and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies

that boost and improve the work environment for employees

Required Qualifications

Education and Training

∙Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

∙HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI are preferred.

Experience: -

∙10+ years of experience in HR leadership roles.

∙Proven track record in developing HR policies, employee engagement, and

managing all the HR functional from the strategic and operational perspectives.

Job Knowledge: -

∙Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.

∙Experience in organizational change management and leadership development.
