Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Nasr city.

  • The HR Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The role entails developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, including payroll, salary structures, and employee motivation systems.
  • Ensure all HR practices, policies, and operations comply with Egyptian labor laws and other relevant regulations.
  • providing support to employees and management. The HR Manager will collaborate with various departments to strategize and align HR objectives with organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage personnel files, and ensure the proper administration of benefits like medical insurance and vacation leave.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Recruitment, Onboarding, manpower planning and Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Engagement
  • Expertise in HR Policies and Compliance, Labor Laws, and Performance Management.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a Human Resources Manager role is must.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, manage personnel files, and ensure the proper administration of benefits like medical insurance and vacation leave.
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative environment
