to oversee our quality assurance processes and lead our QA team. We need someone who can balance hands-on testing (Web, Mobile, Automation) with strategic planning and team mentorship. As a key player in our development cycle, you will ensure our products meet the highest standards while coaching the next generation of testers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user stories/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members.
  • Execute all levels of testing. (System, Integration, Regression, Automated)
  • Review business requirements and provide inputs.
  • Prepare and review test plans.
  • Prepare test cases, test scripts and test data.
  • Execute tests. (manual)
  • Test Web services, APIs and Mobile Applications. (iOS&Android)
  • Report defects and assist in their understanding.
  • Write Bug Reporting & Test Cases.
  • Prepare and present test reports.
  • Coach, share knowledge, and monitor junior test engineers to support their professional growth and ensure

quality standards.

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies.
  • Lead QA initiatives and influence team practices.
  • Articulate complex testing concepts.
  • Mentor and guide team members.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by your direct supervisor.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Software QA, with a strong background in both Manual and Automation testing.
  • Expert in testing Web, Mobile (iOS/Android), and APIs.
  • Solid experience in designing Test Plans, Test Cases, and Strategies.
  • Proven ability to write and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Experience in mentoring junior engineers and leading QA initiatives.
  • Strong ability to analyze user stories and business requirements for validity.
  • Excellent ability to articulate complex concepts and report defects clearly.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
