We're Hiring – Purchasing Executive (Finishing Field)

Company: Grande Design House by Al Ahly Sabbour

Location: New Cairo

Experience: Minimum 5 years in purchasing – preferably in finishing & construction materials

Responsibilities:


• Handle purchasing of all finishing materials (paints, ceramics, electrical, plumbing, marble, wood, etc.)


• Issue POs and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery


• Negotiate prices and payment terms to secure the best value


• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability


• Coordinate with site and warehouse teams to ensure materials availability


• Maintain updated supplier database and prepare regular purchasing reports

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or related field


• 5+ years of experience in purchasing (finishing/construction field is a must)


• Strong negotiation and communication skills


• Excellent knowledge of finishing materials and local suppliers


• Good command of English & MS Excel
