Sales Engineer

JOB PURPOSE
Manages and coordinates the company's sales within the Door Manufacturers channel to meet business objectives. This is the senior-most sales role for this specific channel and operates within the company's commercial policies and framework.
TASKS
- Establish the Door Manufacturers sales channel in alignment with the company's strategic direction.
- Identify new market opportunities and monitor market shifts while staying fully informed about new products and competitors.
- Build a new network of potential customers.
- Achieve the channel's sales targets as outlined in the business plan.
- Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Present sales, revenue, expense reports, and accurate forecasts to the management team.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Expand relationships with existing customers (if any) by consistently offering solutions that align with their objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Prepare regular visit reports, highlighting progress, opportunity size, potential, and forecasts, and share them with internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Manage trade discounts in line with company guidelines.
- Manage payment terms in accordance with company policy.
- Build and lead a team based on business needs.
