Commercial/Corporate LawyerTo provide legal counsel, review and draft legal documents and commercial contracts and agreements.

  • ensure accuracy and legality of legal documents and ensure compliance with Egyptian laws and regulations.
  • advising on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and resolving commercial disputes with strong legal research skills.
  • ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting our team in maintaining positive relationships with government agencies.
  • Managing registration/renewal, process and collection of license/permit and delivering/obtaining necessary paperwork from various government offices
  • Assist in ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.
  • Update the company s management of any changes in government regulations related to company s operations and may affect licensing or permits.
  • 1+ year of experience.
