Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Egyptian Project Manager - SAP Implementation based in Obour, Egypt. The Project Manager will lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of SAP systems, ensuring that business operations align seamlessly with new system processes. Key responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder communication, defining requirements, task delegation, and troubleshooting. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines, manage resources, and ensure delivery according to scope, cost, and quality expectations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in SAP implementation and project management methodologies
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management, process optimization, and change management
  • Strong skills in communication, time management, and problem-solving
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, coordinate among different departments, and manage resources effectively
  • Technical knowledge of SAP modules and understanding of business processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Several years of hands-on experience in project management, preferably within the SAP ecosystem
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or SAP-specific certifications are a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is an asset
  • Background in the food and beverage industry would be advantageous
