Job Purpose:

Lead, manage, and develop the company's IT strategy to ensure stable, secure, and scalable technology operations. The IT Manager will oversee the
implementation, customization, and enhancement of SAP Business One
and other enterprise systems to optimize business processes, support digital transformation, and improve operational efficiency across all sister companies.

Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP Business One Implementation & Enhancement

  • Lead end-to-end
    SAP Business One implementation projects
    , including planning, configuration, testing, deployment, and user training.
  • Analyze business processes and design
    custom solutions
    within SAP B1 to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with department heads (Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations, etc.) to ensure SAP modules meet business requirements.
  • Manage
    integration between SAP B1 and other systems
    (e.g., ZenHR, Mira, CRM, e-commerce platforms).
  • Monitor system performance, apply enhancements, and ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Provide
    ongoing support
    , troubleshooting, and user assistance for SAP-related issues.
  • Supervise SAP consultants and coordinate with vendors for technical upgrades or module extensions.

2. IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

  • Oversee all
    IT infrastructure
    operations including networks, servers, data backup, security, and connectivity.
  • Implement and maintain
    cybersecurity measures
    , ensuring data protection and compliance with best practices.
  • Manage
    hardware and software assets
    , ensuring lifecycle tracking and cost control.
  • Supervise IT support team in delivering efficient technical support to all departments.
  • Ensure
    business continuity
    through robust disaster recovery and backup strategies.

3. Systems Integration & Digital Transformation

  • Drive
    digital transformation initiatives
    to improve automation, analytics, and system integration across departments.
  • Evaluate and deploy new
    technologies, tools, and software solutions
    aligned with company goals.
  • Ensure system scalability to support future expansion of Rowad Alfa and its sister companies.

4. Management & Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and manage the
    annual IT budget
    , ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Establish and enforce
    IT policies, procedures, and governance standards
    .
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to build internal technical expertise.
  • Work closely with management to align technology initiatives with
    business strategy
    .

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
    (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum
    8–10 years of experience
    in IT management, with at least
    3 years working on SAP Business One
    projects.
  • Proven experience in
    SAP B1 implementation, customization, and integration
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and database management
    .
  • Experience with
    cloud technologies
    , system integrations, and automation tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
