Role Description

The Sales Manager role is a full-time position based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Manager will take responsibility for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a dynamic sales team, and driving revenue growth.

Key tasks include:

  • Implementing a strong routing system with clear KPIs and business objectives.
  • Apply company's strategy to expand in B2B and B2C sales.
  • Identifying new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to enhance:

a) Product portfolio in Asian and European car makes.

b) Ensure customer satisfaction.

c) Align between Customer Support and On-ground sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the automotive or automotive aftermarket industry preferred
  • 7–10 years of experience in
    automotive spare parts sales

, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and team management abilities.
- Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience using
SAP

and modern sales tools
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Analytical skills, ability to interpret market trends, and data-driven decision-making
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales tracking software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Fluency in English and Arabic spoken and written communication is essential
