Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update accounting data into the system with accuracy and speed.
  • Maintain and organize accounting logs and financial records.
  • Verify data consistency and ensure entries match internal accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure proper recording and documentation.
  • Keep all accounting logs and records up-to-date and properly archived.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Commerce
    (Accounting, Business Administration, or related field).
  • Minimum
    2+ years of experience
    in data entry or accounting operations.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting systems/software.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work within a team.
